What is your shipping Policy?
All orders are shipped within 7 days after receipt of payment using registered post. I will provide tracking information to you once I have shipped the item. Delivery takes 3-7 days for local, and 14-60 days for international destinations.
If you did not receive your order within 60 days, please track the package using the tracking number provided. Please wait for 8 weeks before I replace your item because it is my experience that packages will eventually be delivered within that time frame.
Please note that prices indicated do not include customs charges and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
ALL orders are made to order, so please consider carefully prior to ordering.
Please note that different monitors are calibrated differently, hence the color of the prints on screen may not look exactly like what you receive.
I do my best to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If you do happen to receive a defective item, please contact me within 3 days of delivery via email, I will let you know what steps to take. Providing these terms are met, I'll replace the damaged item or credit your account. No other returns will be accepted.
Please note that gift cards are not returnable.
I welcome custom orders. If you would like to purchase photographs that are on my Facebook or Instagram page, please contact me and I will set up a listing for you. Wholesale accounts are available. Please ask me for my line sheet.
